So since I've got to lost the weight I put on with the preggers thing I've started calorie tracking again which is what I find works best for me when I need to lose some weight. I'm on day 9 of tracking.
I keeping the numbers between 1000 and 1300 when I possibly can. Over 1500 is too much right now and under a thousand will slow my metabolism. Don't worry, I'm not starving myself.

Getting a good mix of protein, veggies, fruit, and carbs.
Here's how I've done so far:
Tues Jan 12: 1200
Wed Jan 13: 1190
Thurs Jan 14: 1300
Fri Jan 15: 1150
Sat Jan 16: 1700 (had drinks at the metal show)
Sun Jan 17: 1500 (went to Pita Pit and had a few more drinks that night)
Mon Jan 18: 1300
Tues Jan 19: 1025
Anyone wants a breakdown of what I'm eating and the calories for each, just let me know. Also if you need to know how many calories a particular food has, feel free to ask. I'm pretty good with calculating calories.
