So since I've got to lost the weight I put on with the preggers thing I've started calorie tracking again which is what I find works best for me when I need to lose some weight.  I'm on day 9 of tracking.

I keeping the numbers between 1000 and 1300 when I possibly can.  Over 1500 is too much right now and under a thousand will slow my metabolism.  Don't worry, I'm not starving myself. :p  Getting a good mix of protein, veggies, fruit, and carbs.

Here's how I've done so far:

Tues Jan 12: 1200
Wed Jan 13: 1190
Thurs Jan 14: 1300
Fri Jan 15: 1150
Sat Jan 16: 1700 (had drinks at the metal show)
Sun Jan 17: 1500 (went to Pita Pit and had a few more drinks that night)
Mon Jan 18: 1300
Tues Jan 19: 1025

Anyone wants a breakdown of what I'm eating and the calories for each, just let me know.  Also if you need to know how many calories a particular food has, feel free to ask.  I'm pretty good with calculating calories.

Indeed.  Though I do look tiny at 130. (25/26 jean and size two in dresses, and I have to take the waist in usually)

The doc told me to stop losing weight at 155, said I was getting too thin.  I'm 5ft10, though.  I need to  lose a few pounds to get back to that, actually.  I was a size 4/6 at that weight, 8 in some things depending on how it was cut - was 38-26-36.

clap  You can do it Kaylie!

How do you manage to keep such great count of your calories!!

I've been steadily losing a lb a week since getting away from the states but I need to lose about 21 total in the next couple months....

Just curious how you get those exact numbers cause I think it will help me a lot hehe

Practice and research.  Owning a food scale helps too! A lot of the time you'll get a much more accurate reading by weighing food than measuring it.
