Sugar cleanse has been pretty hard so far. I've actually been consuming small amounts of sugar in one beverage each day to keep away headaches. Yeah, it's pretty bad. There is almost nothing in the house that doesn't require preparation, that doesn't have some kind of sugar in it.
But aside from all the difficulty the reduced amount of sugar has given me lots more energy and I feel a lot less bogged down. I might make this a more long-term thing.

But first I have to get off sugar completely for at least a week, so no more sweetened drinks after tomorrow.
